Our story
From Saigon to Miami
Where it began
The Nguyen family left Saigon in 1975 and started over in the United States.
In 1997, Mrs. Thi and her daughter, Mimi, opened Miss Saigon in Coral Gables. It became known for homemade Vietnamese cooking, and more South Florida locations followed.
Today Miss Saigon in Miami serves phở in clear broth, spring and summer rolls, bánh mì sandwiches, rice plates and a full boba bar, for lunch and dinner every day except Wednesday.
The menu still lists dishes by their Vietnamese names, from phở and bún to bánh xèo and canh chua.
